Pickup
Once your pieces are finished after the second firing, we send you the email MÁŠ HOTOVO (your pieces are ready). From then on they wait on the shelf under your customer number (the one you signed them with).
Self-service pickup
- The email contains a one-time access code and the pickup deadline. The code is only for pickup, not for creating.
- The code opens the door only once. Check the shelf and your belongings before you leave, you cannot get back in.
- Take only pieces you know are yours. Do not move other people's pieces, they can get damaged.
- Wrap your pieces so they do not break on the way. Bring your own packing material.
Some studios hand out pieces at set times with staff present. Details are on the studio page or in the email.
Uncollected pieces
Shelf space is limited, so take your pieces home as they are finished. We remind you about uncollected pieces by email. If you still do not pick them up without letting us know, they are recycled, dismantled or offered for charity sale, with no compensation. Can't make it? Write to us via contact and we will work something out.
