Entering the studio
Access code
After booking you receive an email with a unique code (numeric or QR). Enter it on the keypad at the door and you are in. Have the code ready on your phone before you arrive.
- The code works for the duration of your reservation with a short tolerance before and after.
- The tolerance is there so you can arrive and leave calmly. It is not for arriving early or for cleaning up. Clean up within your reservation, the next visitor may come right after you.
- Keep the door closed. Everyone enters with their own code. Do not let anyone in.
- Code not working? Check your reservation time and write or call via contact.
First visit
The studio has guides and labelled places for clay, tools, finished and unfinished pieces. The easiest first visit is during consultation hours, when an instructor shows you around. Come in clothes that can get clay on them, aprons are available.
Capacity and companions
The studio has limited capacity and every spot is tied to a reservation. Do not bring anyone without a reservation. If someone comes in on another person's reservation, we may ask them to pay for a full reservation. Children work only accompanied by an adult, and both need their own reservation.
Safety
- You are in the studio at your own risk. Look after yourself and your belongings.
